Commission
We charge a `Success Fee` – a percentage of the capital raised on our platform of up to 7% plus 2% equity when an issuer reaches their funding goal. This may be in the form of cash or equity or a combination of both

Securities
After an investment is successfully executed, you will receive an email with your electronic contract signed by both parties.
